Who am I?

Hi, my name is Paula and I’m a mum of 3 teenage children who wants to help you reach your next challenge!

I started my career working in the corporate IT sector before working for the NHS. As the children got older I found myself increasingly frustrated with life behind a desk and decided it was time to make a change, after all “change doesn’t happen if you don’t change”

With that in mind, I left my job to re-evaluate where I wanted to be, and the rest as they say....

So here I am several years later having totally retrained and working in the fitness industry. I get to spend my days outside (big tick) working out with others, helping, inspiring and motivating them reach their goals and dreams. What more could you ask for in a day’s work.

I am a multi-disciplined and fully qualified fitness and wellbeing coach delivering a variety of classes or sessions to suit your individual needs. Whether it be Pilates, general fitness or running coaching - give me a shout and let’s see what the next challenge brings.

My Services

  • Personal Training

    Bespoke training packages based on your individual needs and requirements. These are provided face-to-face, online or a mix of the two.

  • Pilates

    Providing mixed ability sessions suitable for everyone from absolute beginner to those with more experience.

  • Run Coaching

    Coaching plans designed to meet your individual needs, up to any distance and experience from Couch-to-5k to full Marathons and beyond.

Pricing & Packages

Training & Run Coaching

  • Personal Training £50 / hour
    One-to-one sessions charged per person per session.
  • Run Coach Plans £70 / month
    Monthly training plan per person.

Packages

  • Total Fitness£250 / month
    Our most comprehensive package including weekly one-to-one personal training sessions and a monthly training plan, plus access to a weekly online Pilates class worth £40 per month, all for one monthly fee.

    Packages are based on an initial 3 month subscription, after which moving to a rolling monthly agreement.

Props for Pilates

Props can be a helpful and interesting addition to your class practice. If you would like to use props, please consider some of the items below, remember all of these items are optional and exercises can be done without.

I have used Amazon for examples, but please feel free to source your items elsewhere if you prefer.
